What does Let’s Manage U do? 

Let’s Manage U is a property management company specialising particularly in short term lets. We look at increasing income for your property on various holiday let platforms such as a Airbnb, Homeaway and Booking.com.

Why should I rent my property for short term lets instead of traditional renting? 

Compared to traditional renting, short-term renting on holiday sites such as Airbnb can increase your revenue by up to 60% more. Meaning you could earn in one week the same as one month in traditional renting. 

Why should I use Let’s manage U to manage my property?

It says it in the name. We are here to manage you. Because let’s face it, there are better things to do with your time. We take care of everything. Listing creation, price optimisation. Photo’s. The laundry. The cleaning. The customer management.  So you can earn more with less hassle. 

What area do you cover?

We cover the Cardiff area. The closer your property is to the city centre, the better it will let out.

Are there any costs involved when starting out?

There is no service charge from us when you first start. We only take a commission each time your property has a stay booked in.

The only costs involved will be the decoration of your property, so it is guest ready. However, often this is mainly cushions, throws etc. We can work with you and your budget to ensure your property looks it’s best before it’s listed. 

How do I get paid? 

Payment is made at the beginning of each month, from your previous months bookings. Payments for each booking minus our fee will go directly into your account.

What if I want to stop?

There is an initial period of 3 months from signing on board. If at anytime you would like to stop after this time, you just need to give us 30 days notice. This is to allow us sufficient time to wind down any bookings.
